Approving a claim confirms the loss is covered. It unlocks the Claim Actions page, where you complete reimbursement and closure.
What each status means and what action, if any, is required.

| In Progress | Claim is being actively reviewed by an adjuster | B&B team |
| Approved | Covered loss confirmed; Claim Actions now available | B&B team actions the claim |
| Pending Info | B&B is waiting on documentation or information | Dealer uploads requested documents |
| Denied | Claim not covered; closed with a denial reason | No further action required |
| Closed | Claim fully resolved and closed | No further action required |
